  • Accuracy of Details: You must ensure all details (name, ID proof, etc.) provided during booking are accurate.
  • Exam Rescheduling: Rescheduling policies depend on the respective exam provider. Any changes must be approved by the examiner.
5. Payment Policy
  • All payments must be made online via UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other digital payment methods.
  • Prices listed on our website are final and include any applicable service charges.
  • We do not charge any hidden fees beyond the displayed price.
6. Refund Policy
  • Booking Fees: The exam booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Exam Fee Refund: Your exam fee will be fully refunded if: The examiner confirms the cancellation and initiates a refund.
  • You provide the examiner’s refund confirmation email.
  • The examiner provides refund account details or the last 4 digits of the refunded card number.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All website content, including logos, images, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Exambro.in.
  • You may not duplicate, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. User Account & Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.
9. Customer Communications
