- Booking Fee is non-refundable

3. Payment Methods

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Exam fees are fully refundable only if:
- The examiner confirms the cancellation.
- You submit the examiner’s refund confirmation email.
- The examiner provides refund account details or the last 4 digits of the refunded card number.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days.
