- EXAMBRO [hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”] is an emigration and education facilitation institution located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. All users of the website are referred by the term “you” in this policy, regardless of their personality. USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Your PI may be used or processed for various purposes including but not limited to:

STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
- We store your PI in accordance with the applicable laws, for lawful purposes only.
- Your PI is securely stored in MySQL.
- We store and preserve your PI disclosed for creating account on the Website for 180 days.
- We keep your PI/SPI for a minimum of 3 (months) from the last date of use of our website or service and/or such periods as may be necessary to provide you with our services and/or as may be required under law.
- We will delete it as soon as it becomes unnecessary for us to provide you with our Services.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We may transfer your PI to our agents/partners/affiliates/third party service providers or others within and outside India for any purpose that is provided under this policy or as may be required by law.
- PI is collected from you through one server and stored in database on another server.
- We may share, without your consent, your PI that you provided us with, to the government and government agencies mandated under the law to obtain information including sensitive personal data or information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and prevention of offences.
- We shall not sell your PI or SPI to any person for any purpose whatsoever.
- You acknowledge that the privacy laws of some of the countries that we may send your PI to may not be as stringent as the laws of our own country.
- You acknowledge that it is sufficient that when we transfer your PI to entities within or outside India, we shall place contractual obligations on the transferee, which shall oblige the transferee to be bound by the provisions of this PP.
MEASURES TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
- We shall take reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures and procedures including ensuring that access to PI is role-based and only on a need-to-know basis., password protection, encryption, etc. to ensure that the personal information collected is secure.

- We shall take all reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorized access to the PI that we hold. However, you acknowledge that the internet is not 100% secure and we cannot give any absolute assurance regarding the security of your personal information.
- We are not responsible for any loss, unauthorized access, safety issue or any harm caused to you by any misuse of your PI, except when it is a direct and foreseeable consequence of negligence and non-compliance on our part alone.
