Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

To process a refund, you must provide your full name, email address, phone number, order ID, and exam registration details.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: The examiner confirms the cancellation and initiates a refund.
You provide a refund confirmation email from the examiner.
The examiner provides details of the refund, including transaction details (last four digits of the refunded card or UPI reference number).

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will only be processed for payments made through UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit/debit cards, or net banking.
No refunds will be issued for partially completed or missed exams due to personal reasons.
Any service fees, processing charges, or non-refundable components will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds will be processed only via online transfer to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, bank transfer, or card refund).
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7-15 business days from the date of refund approval.
Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
If the original payment method/account is inactive, you must provide a new UPI ID or bank account in your name for processing the refund.

4. Important Guidelines

Incorrect details: If incorrect bank or UPI details are provided and the refund is processed to the wrong account, we will not be responsible for any losses.
Refund to a different account: You must submit a written request and valid identity proof if you want the refund to be processed to a different account.
Cancellation fee: In some cases, a cancellation fee may be deducted based on examiner policies.
